1. Is the internet not working anywhere else in the building
   1. If it's working everywhere else, DON'T touch any equipment other than the affected PC
2. Is there a desk-phone nearby
   1. If so does the phone have a green or red phone icon on the Top Left of the main screen
      1. If it's green, Please restart the PC
      2. If It's red, try restarting the phone 
         1. Press and hold the "x" button on the phone, until the screen asks "Reboot the Phone", then press yes.
